ACH ScreenACH Originations

Internet banking gives your business the ability to build ACH transactions for various purposes including direct deposits, direct debits, cash concentrations or inter-bank transfers.

Advantages include:

  • No software to install or learn
  • Balance verification & settlement processing
  • Security levels include customer and employee limits, dual control ability, and credit limit protections

ACH Origination Risk Management

When a customer is allowed to originate ACH transactions, they open the door for several types of risks that must be analyzed on a per-customer basis. The various risks are generally divided into three classifications: Credit Risk, Operating Risks, and Fraud Risks.

1. Credit Risk
2. Operating Risks
3. Fraud Risks

If your company would like to take advantage of ACH credits and debits, it will be necessary to obtain authorization from all parties involved*. These files are in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

For Direct Deposit or other credit agreements, use a Credit Authorization form. To make automatic withdrawals from a third party's account, use a Debit Authorization form.
