of interest. Rates are based on prevailing money market rates and are
tiered from $50,000.00 through $1,000,000.00.

| Businesses may establish accounts for their Employees for business
expenses.

| Keogh Retirement Plans |
| Small business owners may establish retirement accounts for themselves
and their Employees.

| Simplified Employee Pension |
| Employers may set up Individual Retirement Accounts for their
Employees and make contributions to them.

| Bank Statements |
| Normally, bank statements are sent monthly. However, you may request
them more often.

| Check Imaging |
| Images of your checks and deposit slips are
provided with
your bank statement.
|
| Business Analysis |
| This service offers low monthly maintenance fees and transaction
charges for checking account services offset by a competitive earnings
credit based on the 91-day US Treasury bill rate. This service can be
tied to one or more business accounts. For your convenience, statements
are sent monthly and the analysis is settled on a monthly basis.

| After Hours Depository |
| Local merchants can make deposits in our After Hour Depositories 24
hours a day. They may do this at our branches as well as the Main Bank
and our Southtown facility.

| RecChek |
| This is a single entry-bookkeeping system that keeps track of income
and expenses. We enter items directly from the customer's coded checks
an deposit slips when bank statements are printed. We provide the monthly reports for tax and cash flow planning.

| Investment Services |
| Federated Securities |
| Through an agreement with the Community Bank Association of Illinois,
the Bank offers 13 Federated mutual funds. The funds include money
market accounts, bond funds, and equity funds. They may be used by
commercial accounts for day-to-day investments or as part of their
retirement plans.
